A local DUI defense attorney has been arrested for a drunk driving crash that injured three people, two of them critically.

The CHP says Henry Noto was getting off the Highway 43 exit on northbound I-5 August 18th when he blew through a stop sign and hit a car driven by a corrections officer. That caused the officer’s car to go into the southbound lanes of Highway 43, where it was hit by a third vehicle.

It’s Noto’s third DUI arrest in six years.
