The body of a second person from Tulare County has been pulled from the Colorado River where two boats crashed head-on this weekend. A man found today was 50-year-old Brian Grabowski of Tulare, a woman found Monday was 51-year-old Christi Lewis of Visalia, the daughter of a farm manager and step-daughter of former Sheriff Bill Wittman. More than a dozen people were thrown into the swift-moving current at dusk on Saturday and none were wearing life vests. Two people are still missing.
