A 33-year-old ex felon who was pulled over as he rode a bicycle in Oildale is jailed on drug and firearms charges.

Deputies say Leon Sullivan was carrying suspected morphine pills, heroin and meth at 11:00 Sunday night on Decatur Street and Oildale Drive, and that he also had a loaded .22 caliber revolver.
