A 19-year-old man has died after he hit a semi on westbound Highway 46 in Wasco. The CHP says Johnny Enriquez made an unsafe lane change near Rowlee Road Saturday afternoon, hitting the left side of the big rig then spinning onto the right hand shoulder.

The crash caused the semi to stall.
