A homeowner in Taft caught a suspected burglar and held him at gunpoint until police arrived.

Officers say the woman found 25-year-old Aoreliorho Valasco in her garage Sunday morning at the home on Keene Lane. Velasco had an outstanding warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
