A 19-year-old man has been arrested for his role in the murder of another man near Stiern Park in southeast Bakersfield. Police have not said why they think Michael Johnson targeted 28-year-old Jesus Torres, who was suffering from blunt force trauma when he was found inside his car on Monitor Street in August 2017.
