Arvin Police and US Marshalls have arrested a man for attempted murder. 19-year-old Daniel Ulloa was found Wednesday night at a house in Lamont. He’s accused of shooting and wounding a 29-year-old man on Fallbrook Avenue and Tejon Hwy in July.

A second suspect was arrested shortly after the incident.
