Sheriff’s deputies in Tulare have shot and killed a 17-year-old boy who held an 11-year-old family member at knifepoint in Woodville. Deputies say the teen had become erratic after using drugs all day Sunday, and was threatening to kill himself and the rest of his family at the house on Road 168 west of Porterville.
