The new Adventist Health Hospital in Tehachapi is a big step closer to opening its doors, now that it has received a needed occupancy license from the state. The $102-million hospital will have 13 emergency rooms and operating suites with state-of-the-art equipment, it should open to patients before the end of the year. The Bakersfield Californian reports guided tours of the 20-acre campus north of Hwy 58 in Capital Hills will be offered on Sunday October 28th.
