Four men have been arrested sheriff’s deputies on narcotics and weapons charges. The CHP also helped with the traffic stop Wednesday on Frazier Mountain Park Road and Interstate 5, where they seized 10 pounds of meth and over nine pounds of heroin, and a stolen gun with a high capacity magazine. The drugs have a street value of over $423-thousand.
