A Bakersfield woman has been arrested for a suspected DUI crash in Stallion Springs that left two young boys with major injuries.The CHP says Candelaria De La Rosa skidded across two lanes of traffic on Jacks Hill Road Sunday night and hit two poles near Wapiti Court, causing a nine-year-old boy and a seven-year-old boy in the truck bed to be ejected. An 11-year-old boy in the cab suffered moderate injuries as well.
