A Cyber-security warning is in affect for credit card payments used on Click2Gov website. Bakersfield City staff were notified of the fraudulent activity and launched an investigation to protect sensitive consumer data. City staff immediately removed an unauthorized code inserted into Bakersfield’s online third-party payment system and letters are being sent to those potentially affected.
