CHARGE DROPPED IN TRAILER PARK DEATH

An involuntary manslaughter charge has been dropped against a management company for a trailer park fire in Oildale that killed a five-month-old girl.

A judge has ruled there is not enough evidence against Pama Management, who’s accused of not giving smoke detectors to residents before the fire two years ago at 4J’s Trailer Park on McCord Avenue.

The company has already settled a civil suit with the girl’s family.
