Kern County Public Health has closed the Black Bear Diner near the Tejon Outlets for hot water violations. The water in the sinks at the restaurant on Laval Road only reached 69 degrees during a recent inspection, not the 100 degrees required for hand washing.

No word on when the problem will be fixed.
