Police say the man suspected of shooting two people in south Bakersfield is 28-year-old Rey Ramos-Falcon, who is considered armed and dangerous. He was identified by the man and woman who were attacked around 4am Thursday on South Chester Avenue near Wilson Road, both victims are being treated for moderate wounds. Ramos-Falcon is 5’9 and 150 pounds, his photo is below.
