Interstate 5 over the Grapevine still is closed due snow and multiple crashes, and the CHP reports heavy snow in Stallion Springs with several crashes on Hwy 58, although that road remains open. Only local residents are being allowed through in parts of Tehachapi near Willow Springs and Highline roads, and Cummings Valley Road is being closed due to hazardous conditions. There’s no estimate for when the Grapevine will reopen.
