The woman accused of abusing her three-month-old has pleaded no contest to willful cruelty to a child.

Erika Cervantes was arrested in 2015 when the baby died after having seizures at the hospital. Her other young kids were taken away after a search of her roach infested home on Ming Avenue also turned up rat droppings.

Co-defendant Jesus Bautista still faces similar charges.
