Police say shell casings found after two shotspotter alerts in east Bakersfield may have come from the same woman. The first alert was 11:27 Tuesday night on Texas Street near Northrup, the second followed 40 minutes on East Belle Terrace near the fairgrounds, where witnesses say a woman with a bandana over her face fired the shots. Shell casings were similar at both locations.
