Residents of the Summerlyn neighborhood of northwest Bakersfield are under a boil water notice today after a water main was breached by a contractor, even though repairs are mostly complete. CalWater is distributing bottled water until 8:00 tonight at Trinidad Lake Way off Allen Road.
