Phase three of the Centennial Corridor Project in Bakersfield gets underway today, which will reconstruct the westbound to southbound loop ramp at the Hwy 58/99 interchange. The work will also build an auxiliary lane on WB 58, widen the bridge across the 99, and add a barrier-separated offramp to Ming Avenue. The project WILL also permanently close the onramps to both freeways from Real Road when it’s done.
