Bakersfield Police are announcing another DUI/Driver’s License Checkpoint for this weekend, in an ongoing campaign to prevent deaths and injuries from impaired drivers. The screenings will take place Saturday night and early Sunday at an undisclosed location. Publicizing the checkpoints in advance has proven effective in reducing DUI incidents.
