A man who died two hours after being shot in Arvin has been identified as 18-year-old Javier Ramirez Cruz. He and 22-year-old Antonio Lopez were gunned down just after 12am Friday on Haven Drive and Lopez died at the scene. Right now, police say they don’t have any suspects.
