Two men are heading to prison for at least seven armed robberies in Tulare and Kern counties. Javier Beltran of Strathmore got 23 years and Ulises Medina of Earlimart got 15 years on Monday, federal prosecutors say the pair held up gas stations, convenience stores and liquor stores in 2016 and 2017, with a pair of robberies in Nebraska in between.
