BPD is investigating a possible suicide at the southwest Bakersfield home on Shining Crag Avenue where a newborn baby was buried in planter. The man’s body was discovered this morning around 9:00. Beant Kaur Dhillion is charged with drowning the infant delivered in November by her 15-year-old daughter and has pleaded not guilty, she reportedly told police it was out of shame for her family. Her husband, Jagsir Singh, made bail and pleaded not guilty to being an accessory, 23-year-old nephew Bakshinderpal Singh Mann is wanted on similar charges.
