The Bakersfield Women’s Business Conference has announced its keynote speaker for the always-sold-out event this April 25th. Actress and breast cancer survivor Shannon Doherty will headline the event.. Chairwoman Norma Rojas-Mora says the conference at Rabobank Theater will also feature the women who launched the first one.
