Cal State Bakersfield sophomore Jarkel Joiner has been named First Team All-WAC in the Coaches’ Poll today. Joiner led the conference in scoring during Western Athletic Conference games at 18.6 points per game and averaged 34.5 minutes a contest, playing great defense for the Roadrunners.
