Bakersfield Police are investigating a weekend shooting near South High School. Officers responded to a call of shots fired on Planz Road off South Chester Avenue early Sunday, and say a woman is hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. They suspect the shooting is connected to a large party on nearby Parkland Court.
