Three people in their 30’s have been sentenced for a SWAT callout in southwest Bakersfield that caused evacuations in February. Johnny Edward Matthews got three years and Jason Alfred Salazar got four, while Alexsus Torrez received time served. All pleaded no contest after an eight-hour standoff with BPD that began as a home-invasion robbery.
