DUI is suspected in an Arvin crash that killed one man and put another in intensive care.32-year-old Raul Lopez Perez is now listed as the passenger who died after being ejected Friday afternoon when the pickup truck overturned on Herring Road, east of Wheeler Ridge Road, and driver Gregorio Lopez Cruz has major injuries. Neither was wearing a seat belt.
