The man who sold drugs that were stolen from evidence lockers by two former Bakersfield police detectives has been sentenced to over years in jail. Noel Carter pleaded guilty in October to conspiring with Damacio Diaz and Patrick Mara to sell meth and marijuana from mid-2012 to 2015.
