McKee MS Vice Principal Pleads No Contest

He’s the Vice Principal of McKee Middle School…but now Ector Peredia pleds no contest to engaging in a sex act with an intoxicated teen.

Peredia was arrested one year ago and placed on unpaid admin leave while authorities investigated. He faces a maximum of three years in prison and a lifetime registration as a sex offender. His sentencing is set for June 6. Peredia was accused of giving the victim alcohol. Court documents say the girl passed out and woke up to him removing her underwear. It led to a hour-long standoff between Peredia and the police, which ended with his surrender.
