An instruction aide at South High School is heading to trial on charges that include attempted rape.The Bakersfield Californian reports 39-year-old Earnest Blake was arrested in February after the alleged attack was reported in August, and he claims to have paid the woman $40. Blake has been on unpaid leave since his arrest.
