Deputies in Tulare County say they arrested two burglary suspects when they returned to the scene of the crime. Officers were called last week when an ATV, long guns and numerous other items were taken from a home on Balch Park Road in Springville, and then found stolen items from another home that were boxed up and ready to go. 29-year-old Brian Cano and 37-year-old James Johnson were caught Wednesday when they pulled up with a trailer.
