Homeland Security is conducting what they call law enforcement actions in Bakersfield. The agency wouldn’t say exactly what is going, but only that they’re aren’t any concerns for public safety. This is apparently happening off South Union near Curnow. They aren’t releasing any information right now. BPD says they are helping, but won’t go any further.
