A crash on the 99 Freeway sends one to the hospital and has authorities searching for a driver, who they say fled the scene on foot. This happened near Cecil Ave in Delano this morning just before 6. The CHP says a Ford sedan went out of control and slammed into a Chevy pickup. Both vehicles went off the road and the pickup crashed. The driver of the Ford left, while the man with the pickup, Jose Rosas was rushed to Kern Medical with moderate to major injuries. The CHP says drugs and alcohol don’t appear to be factors.
