The coroner has identified a 19-year-old Delano man found shot who later died at a hospital Sunday night. Arturo Galvan was found off Rounds Street, east of Randolph just before 10:30. He was taken to Delano Regional Medical Center where he died. The Sheriff’s office is investigating.
