A violent Sunday morning in Southeast Bakersfield, as a shooting leaves one man dead. The KCSO says this happened off Chattahoochee Lane and Missouri Ave just before noon. Deputies got on scene and found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. 49-year-old Jose Velasquez was arrested in connection with the case.
