A third arrest made in connection to a shooting from Wasco back on December 14. The Kern Sheriff says 21-year-old Samuel Olivia was taken into custody on Friday, and now faces several charges. The shooting off of Griffith Ave led police to a 33-year-old man who was airlifted to Kern Medical. He’s in stable condition
