An argument leads to gunfire. Police in Southeast Bakersfield were called to Tommy’s Liquor around 9:30 this morning following reports of a shooting there. Two men allegedly argued in the parking lot before one pulled a gun. BPD arrested 21 year old Alexander Horton. He’s accused of shooting the victim from his car as he drove off. The victim was not hit. A search of Horton’s residence found an unregistered firearm. Horton was arrested for attempted homicide and other charges
