UPDATE: Porterville Firefighter Dead, Another Missing After Blaze at Library

PORTERVILLE, Calif. (AP) – Crews have found the remains of a second firefighter killed while battling a blaze at a public library in central California. The fire allegedly was started by two 13-year-old boys. The Porterville Fire Department said crews were able to enter the the Porterville Public Library building late Wednesday and found firefighter Patrick Jones’ body. The 25-year-old Jones and Capt. Raymond Figueroa were killed Tuesday. Police say the boys were seen running from the library shortly after the fire erupted.  They face arson, manslaughter and conspiracy charges. It is not known if they have attorneys who can speak on their behalf.
