One is dead after a hit and run in East Bakersfield Sunday morning. The Kern Sheriff says 34-year-old Marco Antonio Garcia was hit just after 12:30am on Edison Highway east of the Mount Vernon Overpass. Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene. No suspects right now.
