Two are dead after a car crash last night in East Bakersfield. This happened around 11:15pm on South Union Ave north of Ming, when a car veered off the roadway. CHP says the car slammed into a chain-link fence and cinder block wall, killing both the 23-year-old male driver, who’s said to be from Arvin, along with a female passenger. Neither were wearing selt belts and were ejected. The crash is still under investigation.
