JCPenney says it will close it’s store in Delano for good. It’s part of more than 150 store closings nationwide, as the fabled department store chain struggles amidst Coronavirus issues. The company says it’s also closing several stores in Northern California as it fights to stay alive. The Bakersfield location at the Valley Plaza Mall appears to have been spared from the closings.
