Another try at slamming the brakes on street racing in Bakersfield. BPD made ten traffic-related stops Saturday night, and gave tickets out in each one of them. Officers impounded eight vehicles, for 30-days each on reckless driving charges. Three people were taken into custody for resisting arrest.
