(Undated) — California Governor Gavin Newsom says state guidance will be out this week on possible reopenings. He pointed to improvements on multiple coronavirus metrics. Newsom said ICU admissions and hospitalizations are down about 20-percent in the last couple weeks. Its positivity rate is below seven-percent during that period. In addition, the governor said the amount of counties on the state’s monitoring list is declining. As of today, 35 regions are still on it. Nearly 12-hundred new virus cases were reported today.
