A Bakersfield city employee who was conducting a property cleanup discovered the body of a woman yesterday.This happened just before 9am off Daniels and 3rd Streets when the Code Enforcement officer made the grisly discovery. BPD says the body showed evidence of trauma, and as a result is a homicide. The woman is thought to be 28-years-old and Hispanic.
