(Undated) — With less than a week until Election Day, the U.S. Postal Service is reminding Californians to get their vote-by-mail ballots in. Post office officials are urging people to mail completed ballots before Election Day. In California, ballots being returned by mail must be postmarked on or before November 3rd and received by the county elections office no later than 17 days after.
