Responsible for ensuring all employees complete assigned tasks, resolve any conflicts, and ensure satisfied dining experience for all guests. Nightly cash and credit drawer reconciliation.
Food service responsibilities will be greeting, seating, expediting, assisting kitchen with overflow, and assisting and delegating cleaning responsibilities for end of night closing.
