Masks No Longer Needed in Some Situations, According to CDC

The CDC released new guidelines Tuesday for individuals who are fully vaccinated. People who are two weeks removed from their second dose, or two weeks removed from a Johnson and Johnson shot can eat outdoors, and do activities outdoors in small groups without needing a mask. There are still times where the CDC recommends keeping a mask on including indoor settings and outdoor settings where large crowds have gathered such as a concert. The CDC announced it is seeing a 21% drop in new coronavirus cases across the country as compared to last week. Michigan continues to see more new daily coronavirus cases than any other state but it too is seeing a drop in new infections.
