The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance identifying a suspect wanted regarding an assault and hate crime investigation.

The incident occurred on August 8th, 2021 at 3:20 PM at the FoodsCo located at 2505 Haley Street. 

The suspect is described as a:

Black male adult, 30’s, approximately 6′, medium build, wearing a grey shirt and blue pants.
